Yeah you can buy chap sticks that are fruit loop flavor but it not in the box.

When I saw the first video I knew it was cap.

1. The cereal was NOT in a bag which they always come in a bag.
2. It looked like it was already opened
3. I’ve had multiple of those and there was never a chap-stick
4. You can buy chap-stick at the store with the froot-loops logo on it

I eat these all the time. All those cereals are always wrapped in packages for safety and health, therefore he had already opened it and it’s a cap :)

You can see it’s cap because when the first guy opens the box the fruit loops just come out and the second guy opened it there’s a bag around the fruit loops show the first guy is capping
