I used your apple pie with a crumb topping recipe today! Added a cup of cranberries and a half tablespoon more of corn starch so I didn’t need to drain the liquid and it worked! Oh! And I added a half cup of chopped pecans to the crumble too. Great recipes! Thank you! 😊

I just made these! I substituted chopped almond bark for the chips because it's what we had... The cranberries were "crasins" so on the sweet not tart side.... I decided that the tartness was questionable so I added 1/2 tsp of citric acid to react more with the baking soda for leavening. THEY TURNED OUT PERFECT, DUDE. Actually the first cookies I have baked in my life. Your instructions are impeccable... especially when to pull them from the oven. They look liquidy when the edges just start to brown but actually they firm up quickly with perfect undercarriage color when out of the oven. Bravo? Yes!
