As a Grixis Delver player myself I can say that I like 2x Cabal Therapy in the maindeck a lot more since you're just superscrewed against Jitte in the first game in a matchup that's generally pretty bad anyways, plus the pre-sideboard isn't that good against combo anyways. In the sideboard I first had only two, but then I just got 2 duresses because unlike combo you're not sure naming FoW half of the time. The reason I choose Discard over Counter is the fact that Monastery Swiftspear really sucks in matchups where you bring in a lot of counters.
I actually also don't like the sudden demise, you're playing black, just play Perish!
Also Rakdos Charm is not that good against Death & Taxes or Esper with Wasteland when you only have 2 black sources.
Personally I also just run 14 lands and 4 wastelands because imo daze sucks without them, but that's just my preference...
