Greetings,
I really appreciate this series of videos.
I’ve read the articles and the books, but having something to watch helps a lot.
Especially when you’re doing it on your own.
I hope you will answer a question about glue.
For years I have tried to come to terms with CA glues.
I’m sorry, I just don’t understand them.
Titebond, I’m fine.
Duco, okay.
Epoxy, when it’s needed.
I haven’t tried Polyurethane.
But I just can’t work with CA glues.
Most of the time I’m perfectly happy with Titebond, I don’t need an instant bond.
But I want to try hand launch gliders.
How much assembly can I do with Titebond?
I suppose I could resort to Duco, but I prefer odor free glue.
Kind of a simple question, but you’ve got to start somewhere.

Let’s be careful out there.

... just a question of a beginner : Wouldn't it make more sense to sand the wing in one piece with the sanding board so both halves would be "more" symmetrical?
Here in Germany, the balsa boards are about 1 meter long ...
