I LOVE this Dr. Kind man, Brilliant!! Patience of a Saint. . . . Wonderful interview. I watched an interview with Dr. Rogers some time ago, with a Carnivore. The Carni was attacking him verbally (I thought). . . . but Dr. Rogers maintained an even keel, kindness throughout, answered his questions without malice. . all the way to the end. I would have signed off long before that point. He wasn't taking the Bait - - just used his knowledge, extremely admirable.

The simpler you eat, more raw less cooked, earlier in the day, low fat and protein the better you will feel.

Excellent video Peter has a wealth of information to share, he tells the truth he is basically following the mcdougall and esselstyn diets both good. Peter doesn't try to sell stuff so he's not promoting something to make money so that makes him trust worthy. I learn so much from him, medical and diet books all need to change if they want to cure people's illnesses but they won't because they wouldn't make billions of dollars, its so wrong the doctors don't know nor do people no one is taught the truth, thanks for such an informative interview

Dr. Rogers has a wealth of information on his channel it is like and encyclopedia of health he definitely knows more if not most then most of the other vegan doctors. He is the Dr. Douglas Graham of the cooked food diet.

Judy Collins song "send in the clowns" reminds me of the comment pattern here. Initial viewers are happy to learn about the low fat vegan diet. Then a paleo keto carnivore sees the video & it's "send in the trolls." Comments saying "meat is good... meat saved my health" suddenly appear. Vegans don't care about paleo keto carnivore low carb videos. We know that's a bunch of nonsense. But some industries really do care about low fat vegan diet. If it ever caught on (which it won't b/c it's too big of an intellectual leap for most people), people would be healthy, & would not need to take so many pills, would not go to fast food places etc.
