My modest tribute to the late Lewis Gilbert, director of "You Only Live Twice" (1967), "The Spy Who Loved Me" (1977) & "Moonraker" (1979). Guy Hamilton established the Bond formula back in 1964, but Lewis Gilbert turned Bond into a blockbuster. An epic and thrilling ride from the deep sea to the deep star.
