Hey Mike,
I was part of this thread, and I thought I had the best solution. I used a helper cell column to arrive at a solution.
But mannn....I am totally blown away for Richards for the video Mike

Which person where you in the original thread? I guess you are referring to EMT 759 "Sort and Remove Duplicates Formula", right?

Me too - I just love the efficiency of Richard's formula.
