I use wrist wraps for most my rows, but never thought to use them for lat pull down! Really good description Kendall. 👍

I don't see the advantage above regular wrist strips....is it the mint colour?

Loved your review, thought it was very helpful! Im actually looking into getting a pair myself for the same reasons you mentioned. But I'm in a bit of a dilemma about what size to get and have a question for you/would like a second opinion about it - I measured my wrists and they came out to be 6 inches (which falls in between an x-small and small according to the sizing chart on their website). What size would you recommend on getting between the two?? I would think a sz small would be better since the wrist straps aren't suppose to be too tight, but I'm not sure.
