Really nice to see the activity in amateur radio-I had a license back when I had to transmit and receive code to pass the test-thank you for a great video!

I will be attending again this year. We had a great time last year. Looking forward to hanging out in Huntsville for a few days again.

One of the best videos I have seen of the Huntsville Ham Fest.Did a good job showing what was on the tables instead of talking to everyone and showing the crowd.Interesting.

If that small amount of computers bothers you, don't ever go to Dayton hamfest, its over half computer stuff.

I moved to Alabama 2 years ago after this video I will be at the one in 2024 in Huntsville next year. I have not tested yet but have considered maybe by this next I will have my license. My dad was a Ham Radio operator and we used to go to Ham Fest down in Florida late 70s and early 80s. This how remember Ham Fest used to be like people selling equipment, classes, short lectures and other ham related events. Do they still give licenses exams usually done by local Amateur Radio Club at this Fest ?

Thank you for the nice video. You did NOT have to carry heavy items for 2 blocks. We have a ramp at the back of the South Hall and gladly help people load/unload their items. DE N4KH Flea Market Chairman

Overall I thought it was a really good hamfest. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I thought prices on used gear was low, some really decent deals to be had. I was very impressed with the Huntsville Hamfest's youth program, never noticed so many kids at a hamfest before. They should be commended for that. .

This Yaesu FT-101E was another serious contender I was looking at.

Pretty large turnout. Ahh sure wish I could've seen the pricing on those Heathkits, Drakes and Collins.

I ended up buying this TS-940. Very nice rig! It was mint and functions flawlessly. Belonged to the guys recently deceased father. I told him it was going to a good home and that I'd put it to use and take real good care of it. I carried that heavy sucker all the way to my car. lol
