I proxied all of them. First time ever proxying and I don't feel guilty in the least. I've never had a problem with proxies, I just always preferred to buy cards. But this time I tried to buy and failed and won't give my money to scalpers.

WotC might not provide refunds, but your bank almost certainly has customer protections if you buy something and it isn't delivered as expected.

Especially if you use a credit card with good terms. Document everything and ask about their chargeback policy.

Got a whole set printed from a proxy site super cheap. That's what Wizards of the sucks gets for making me wait for 4 hours for nothing.

Theres an easy fix to all this: Go back to the print to order method that they just did twice this year for Charity SLs.
Quit this charade of the cards are already printed: If they were, no way this would have happened

I waited in line 4 + hours and my checkout was empty, like you. I emailed support saying how I was displeased and got a generic response. I followed up asking if there will be a rerun to rectify this because system allowed scammers and bots to cheat their system and was told no, there will not be a reprint or rerun.

Then I saw this yesterday and I think it's hilarious. I don't think I can support secret lair going forward unless they drastically change this and also, rerun this lair with a better system. Should demand ID so you can verify each person is unique.

Brilliant! So now I have to wait an extra two weeks to reach Australia and it'll probably be destroyed when my it gets here. I guess if we're looking at the silver linings I'm never going to be tempted to buy secret lairs again

This is another example of where print quality is lower than ever. Handling Premium products is trash. It's 2024. I can order $2 of singles from my LGS and have better handling than WOTC. Shameful.
