Okay so how does this thing plug into your computer when both sides of the cable plug are flat thin and not the regular USB plugs am I missing something? idk how to plug it into my computer lol

I also got a small round rubber piece which appears to be something to organize chords, however, I haven't a clue how or where to attach it. Clearly you can see the different slots for different chord shapes, but where to mount it, lol???

Been trying to force that stupid tripod off of it for like 15 minutes. Saw you gingerly twist it around with a finger and tried to do the same. It came right off. Fantastic video.

Literally just found out that I have the original NT-USB and Im following tutorials for the PLUS- wondering why it will not pick up on Rode connect or Unify. Am I correct that the NT-USB does not connect to any software like unify? I wish Rode offered a trade in

This sucks. When I connect the microphone it just shows as grayed out in the Rode Connect software, and no matter what, I cannot hear the sound effects or anything when things are going through the Connect software. If I plug my headphones into the NTUSB I need to change the headphone setting, and if I connect through the PC same deal. It is like the software and mic just don't want to work seamlessly. (even made sure defaults were as shown in your tutorial.)

I also understand that people complain about the mute come on guys you can just assign a Hotkey to mute it on obs🎉

It's really hard to tell the quality of the microphone in this video, as you are recording in a room that is so echoey.
