I’m not sure how these videos are so calming yet so absolutely chaotic

You should do a whole series in those cook books. I would love many more recipes from these.

You should start a series where you try making each recipe!!! I need that

I’m dying at him acting like the 70s were thousands of years ago 🤣

If there’s one thing I’ve learned about Raphael over the years, his pain tolerance is like a negative 5 😂

I cannot tell you how loud I laughed when he was frying the mini sandwiches and said "this is like a pool party for heart disease" 😂😂😂

Raphael, on the bottom of your stove are small "legs" that you can twist up or down to raise and lower your stove. If the oil is deeper toward you when you cook, just twist the legs counter clockwise.

I really appreciate you for making long content, i hate stopping mid work mode searching for new videos to watch/have as bg noise but i understand the amount of effort that goes into these videos; entertaining and comforting while i get stuff done :) thank you for everything you do!!

As someone born in the 70’s I feel personally attacked by this whole episode. 😮 making me feel ancient as hell. 😢 🤣🤣🤣

Hi sweetie, here is how you deep fry melty things (you can even deep fry ice cream that way): you do exactly what you did with the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, then you freeze it until completely solid. Then you do the flour - eggs - breadcrumbs one more time to the frozen object. Now that it is double breaded, it doesn't leak as quickly. Also you can deep fry until the exterior is perfect and then put it in the oven at a lowish temperature until the interior is warm. You're welcome, your chef friend ;)

I laughed when you said "they had hand mixers in the 70's" only because my mom has to this day a working mixer from the 70's! Works better than the new ones! She's had it my entire life time. I told her she should buy a new one and retire the 70's one while it's still working. But it was the best mixer I have ever used. My new one isn't even close to that quality! And please do more Disney recipes! I truly enjoyed your video!

Please don't fry things wearing plastic gloves! Disaster waiting to happen. They will melt to your hands causing really bad burns 🔥. Love your videos though!

A tip from someone going to Culinary school, you can actually save the gingerbread dough for two months! you have to freeze it though:)

I love it when cookbooks have the spiral binding. It makes it so much easier to refer back to when cooking.

What makes Raphael videos so special is because he's not a culinary graduate youtuber, so it gives hope to all of us that if Raphael can do it, so do we. We really love to watch part 2, 3 and 4!!! Btw I think those are dishwashing gloves not for the oven?

I don’t care what recipes you pick, you and your commentary are hilarious! I was at Disney World the year it opened. I have eaten many of the foods in these cookbooks in the 70s! I’m dying😂

I'd love a part 2!

The recipes I saw that sounded good to me were: mushrooms and sausage, southern open (under pork but no idea what it is and as a Southerner I'm curious, macadamia nut pie, and I saw they have a beef Wellington recipe and I'm wondering how it compares to others ( is this where Gordon found his inspiration? TeA lol)
