Some things look better some look worse. I understand there’s a day 1 patch so hopefully that fixes alot of it. The edges look to flow more smoothly the wicket keeping and general fielding seems to have improved a lot. The running between the wickets/sliding the bat looks more natural. The graphics for the stadium imo look amazing. The commentary is so much more engaging. Some things I hope they fix is the lighting and texture on the players uniforms they look way too bright clean and smooth they need some kind of texture. The player faces hopefully since this version they’ve scanned a lot of the players and they’ll look a lot more realistic. The footwork hopefully rather than the character just sliding to the ball it’ll have some footwork showing. Some little additions I think would make the game nice would be series stats / current partnerships popping up every now and then. I’d like to see the players actually react to milestones when they run them rather than stop at the crease then get a cutscene. Show them celebrate their hundreds as they complete their runs or even as they’re running the pitch. If the fielders can react to a wicket in real time why can’t the batsman.
