I would like to comment on the perception that Catholics believe evangelicals consider them Christians. This is not the case. I learned in the evangelical church that Catholics, Presbyterians, Episcopalians, Jehovah's Witnesses, and Mormons are not regarded as Christians. Initially, Pentecostals were also not favored in evangelical circles, but now they are accepted.
