Yesterday I had a design post, when I added other products I got rejected saying it was not okay because it was offensive or explicit when I added kids. It was a simple cute kawaii kitten design geared towards kids with no text. I’m baffled.

If theres a word trademarked for class 25 and the filing only states certain clothing products, owners are nonetheless protected for all clothing products, not just the ones stated in the application. Not sure why youre saying its okay to use. How do I know? I have trademarks where I am able to take down all clothing products even if the explicit product isnt stated in the application

I just put up a saying and totally different design and it was okayed by merch informer and then i saw it on etsy but a totally different design but identical saying, so should I take mine down as she was there first.Thanks for the videos.
