#2 "thats not my job", Learn every skill at your work place and you will become valuable.
#3 "Can you say please?", When your boss , the person who employs you ask for you to do a job that he is paying you to do, You answer should not be "Can you say please?". Get your game on, be smart and become valuable in the work place.

I work at a collision place and I her so far 3 people tell me that's not my job

Most of my bosses were gentlemen and knew how to ask for things, but if you think that because you are employing those people you can talk to them any way you like, its not your fault. Every man sets his own boundaries and if your employees let you speak to them like a douche its their fault, not yours. Everybody loves to act like an ass and if everyone lets you get away with it because they are scared of losing their job, why not do it. Just remember a happy employee will try to make you richer, on the other hand a pissed employee will spend more time trying to sabotage the company.
