Introduction Python for Network Engineer:
• Python is a programming language.
• It is free and open source.
• Developed in the 90s by Guido Van Rossum.
• We can use Python for anything from simple scripts to complex object-oriented programing.
• The syntax of Python is simple, which makes it easy to read and write code.
• Python is easy to read and write. Here we are going to Learn how we can use python for Networks.
Pythons Usages:
• If you have any repetitive tasks then you can automate with Python. You can write Python script to do it for you.
• We can connect to Our devices with Pythons scripts do any configuration with pythons.
• Other usages web developments, Machine learning, Data analysis, Games and Desktop applications.

Software (Tools) we are going to use for Pythons for Network Engineer Course as given below:
• Python v3
• GNS3
• VM for GNS3
• VMware Workstation
• Visual Studio Code

In this course we are going to cover about following topics as given below.
• How to install Python.
• How to Install Visual Studio Code.
• How to Install GNS 3.
• How to Install VMWare Workstation
• How to load Images of router and switches in GNS3.
• How to use Python as Calculator
• How to use the Print function.
• How to create variables.
• Data type supports by python.
• How to use if / else if logic in our scripts
• How to use for loops and while loops.
• How to use functions and modules.
• How to connect to devices through Telnet.
• How to connect to devices through SSH/ API.
• Basic Labs for Telnet with scripts (Creating Vlans, Configure OSPF etc.)
• Basic Labs for Talent with scripts to take router or Switch configuration backup.
• Basic Lab, How to Create switch Vlans using loops with Telnet.

Requirements:
• Basic computer skill with CCNA knowledge’s (to write scripts for Network Automation).
• Need Basic Laptop with at least 4 GB RAM (Recommendation 8 to 16 GB RAM as we are going to Run CSR Router).
