please I forgot my six digit transaction pin, I tried creating again on the mobile app but I was asked to input my secure pass code which I don't have and can't install the app to my phone

Hi Brother! I live in New York and would like to open a bank account with UBA. I currently bank with Chase Bank and Capitol One... I am visiting Durban and Umhlanga South Africa soon and would like to have a bank account in Africa before I visit. When I select, "Open An Account" in the UBA app, I do not see South Africa, or USA as a choice. What do I do from here? Please help
