In the ICF the manager receives the orders for parts to be produced, scheduling the cutting orders with the number of layer sets, layers, cuts and amount of fabric that will be needed to cut the parts. The ICF monitors and alerts if there is any difference between what was planned and carried out. The real-time monitoring of the production status of each cutting plan allows immediate decisions to be taken to act in critical situations that may lead to a loss of productivity: as in cases of defective fabrics, larger or smaller rolls than reported, etc. If there is a difference in a layer set, generating smaller parts than planned, for example, it is possible to prioritize the generation of a new marker / layer set to fill the missing quantity.
