I personally think the "Fuck the power system, im built different" is the most badass trope a character could have tbh. Whether its the main character, a main side character, antagonist, or even a disposable side character, there is always that one character which defies the entire power system of the show and yet still stands as one of the strongest in the verse, proving to everyone that they are figuratively and literally built different

Todo is THEE BEST powerhouse in my opinion, he’s that guy that hypes the whole fight up. People caught up with the manga know what I’m talking about.

The caring, gentle giant, powerhouses are the greatest trope. Todo from JJK, the Body Improvement Club as a whole from Mob Psycho, and Alex Armstrong from Full Metal Alchemist are some of my favorite characters in fiction.

I'd say Charisma is one way to define the character, writing wise! Characters like Toph, Todo, and Kirishima have a kind of "main character energy" due to their dialogue and narrative arcs. It's usually in contrast with the actual protagonist, but not in any antagonist way like a rival, but in a "the story just went in this direction instead" kinda way. Good video!
