18:45 Personally, I would say that spider bite is better than a damage up. When it procs it allows for more shots to land and gives a sort of defense as well. Both are good though

Liked vid. This run was a lot of fun to watch. I'm glad you had fun playing it. Yes, this was an example of a lot of incremental improvements. Also, give yourself some credit. You played well.

I think cambion conception is worth taking every single time I see it (unless it kills me or I'm playing the lost etc) because you can get twisted pair (if unlocked) and/or incubus from it. You get rewarded for taking damage which you're already going to be doing throughout the run and even more so for sac room shuffles and so on. It's one of my favourites for sure.

fun fact about the D10, when it devolves the lowest form of an enemy (i.e black fly or yellow spider) they don’t just disappear, they turn into one of the flies or spiders in the background of the floor

Suggestions for names for the recall box:

Box of Memories (looks like a shoebox with some old photos in it)
Recollection (a worn down diary)

There could be a lock on either of these, and using the item once uses up a key. Balance the item by setting the number of keys/type of key required to open.

Question of the Episode: Sinvicta, I know there are mods that put you in the game, but if you could design your own unlockable character to put in the game, what would it be and what would its starting items be and what would be the idea behind them?

Speaking of the d10. I had dice bag and got the d10 from it and used it in a room with attack mushrooms. Changed them into completely regular normal mushrooms
