gotta love the look on tomika's mom's face (like she's about to sob even) when she comes out and just CRUSHES her solo. throughout the movie you can see that she is a shy, self-conscious girl, and of course her parents know that too. it must mean the world to them to see her like this. talented, confident, badass.

I was 12 when this movie came out. I loved and admired each actor/musician so much. My dad has been playing drums for 55 years now, and at that time tears came from his eyes because rock was still akive. Music is universal and I'd love to see these actors/musicians agaian. Thank you for posting ❤️

Hard to believe Freddy Jones is actually dead. First Zack Mooneyham who wrote the song that’s being playing in this video was arrested for stealing guitars in real life and now Freddy dies in a bike accident. And I loved seeing (the actual) Ned at 2:13 at the show meaning he actually cares about Dewey more than Patty.
