Fun Fact : Its just a hype people had created that Batman with prep time can't be defeated...they really not know about Ironman with prep time in comics that how powerfull and unbeatble he can become if it is his prep with prep time is really underrated.
Batmans highest feat in prep time is defeating whole jl and darkseid iron man with prep time defeated sentry omniversal celestials Thanos with ig whole Avengers x men and fantastic 4 alone defeat a reality etc batmans higest feat is defeating darkseid with prep ok mad first read comics.

The problem is iron man will only analyze batman’s suit and tech looking at how he fights he’ll use an appropriately powerful suit while at the same time preparing for a plan B, at this point tony would be arrogant and underestimate batman due to tony having a WAY better gear than Batman who he can likely destroy with a few beams, despite this he is still cautious and maintains a distance strategy

unfortunately the problem here is tony doesn’t know who batman is and his info is largely lacking, but Tony revealed himself as iron man which Batman can take full advantage of, in this case he analyzes every single suit that was shown by tony making extreme preparations.

Scenario: Batman creates a suit completely designed to handled the power beams of Iron man and can kind of match his strength, Batman would attack first unexpectedly destroying the suits he was worried about because he found out tony’s base and manage to break in after this Tony equipped the suit that was made against Batman chasing after him, in this case tony would catch him pretty quickly bodying him at first in long range until batman managed to get in close and pummel him, Batman wouldn’t win a street brawl due to his lack of equipment so he pushed tony back enough where there was canon shot prepared for him and then Batman initiated his own flash grenade which is 10x more powerful than the average which blinds Tony momentarily from his senses with this Batman tries to destroy his core but the AI moved the suit away and auto control was activated drones would arrive overpowering Batman before his already prepared hack system would temporarily for a minute deactivate the droids using this time throwing his batarang aiming for tony’s core but the suit stopped it with his hand but now he can’t use his plasma beams on his right hand and Batman rushes Iron man throwing him into the grand destroying the left arm of the suit the droids activate and shoot him away but at this time Batman used his Plan B using a giant plasma gun completely destroying the suit forcing tony to be unconscious and boom, Batman wins mid-high diff

I think Batman would win he is able to defeat characters stronger than iron man plus Batman with prep would know Tony’s weaknesses
