I think this book is King writing a metaphoric message to the fans of the Dark Tower series, that not all questions have to be answered to write a good story, not all details have to be filled in - that's where the readers' own fantasy can come in

Have not read this one. Watched the TV series based on The Colorado Kid, Haven. Though I expect that Haven had very little to do with the novel.
