WARNING HOME PRICES EXPECTED TO INCREASE

According to the Q4 2023 Home Price Expectations Survey by Fannie Mae and Pulsenomics, a panel of housing experts believe home prices will rise on average 2.4% in 2024, 2.7% in 2025, and 3.7% in 2026. Cumulatively, from 2023 to 2028, we could see home prices increase by 25%!
