When I was coming up, Otep, Kittie and Arch Enemy were the Big Three of female-fronted metal bands. If you were looking for metal bands that had female vocalists (or in Kittie's case, nothing but female members), you basically couldn't escape them. I never would've guessed that Kittie would be the ones to age the best out of those three bands.

Kittie is great. They've been great all along and getting better. The way Morgan can sing melody and then howl is awesome, the drums are so slamming good and the band is tight. Want to hear more for sure.

Can we just take a moment for this woman's voice! Like vocally?? She has the most diverse multitoneal voice it gives me chills. Her screams have a Harmony to it that like vibrates through you! As a singer myself this amazes me. She's like the Mariah of metal! In this song is absolute fire pun intended so crazy I love it!

I'm glad to see they're back, and this one solid album, starting with a song like this.

I remember clearly watching the video for Run Like Hell late at night on Mtv and thinking they were heavier than most bands at the time, at least those making videos, and they sounded nothing like Limp Bizkit or Korn. It wasn't until much later that i found out the music press had put them in the same "Nu Metal" hotchpotch as everyone else. Glad i discovered Kittie with Charlotte instead of Brackish and then straight to Oracle, it helped forming a more unbiased opinion and i still like them 23 years later. In fact the new album is reminescent of Oracle, i think that was the right direction all along. Strong comeback, glad to see them killing it after so many years

This song is amazing but from 2:14 on sent me to another astral plane dude. Oh my gosh. I’ve heard of Kittie since I’ve always loved metal and alternative bands from the 90’s. I just have never listened to their music yet. This song put me on!! Glad to see they’ve apparently made a revival. This song will be on repeat 🤘🏼
