This is me improvising on harp, exploring 3 chords.

As I type, we're in the middle of a global crisis, and children are restricted to their homes. It's my hope that these improvisations might serve as relaxing music for you. In my experience, children respond really well to routine. How about every day, at the same time, you have a little 5-minute calming ritual with your children?
In the morning, you could have 'Morning relaxing' music for kids, or 'Meditation' music for kids ...
In the afternoon, you could have 5 minutes of 'quiet time' with your kids to this music...
Or perhaps playing relaxing instrumental music for kids before bedtime could ease some strife.

If there's a new little person in the family, maybe you need some calming baby music. How about gently stroking your baby, listening to this baby massage music? ( ... and FYI, this performance gracefully segues into 'baby sleep music'! :) )

If you're home-schooling right now, then you could use harp as calming classroom music. And if you're an older student ... how about you experiment with these improvisations as quiet study music?

To me, this is relaxing Celtic music. However, If you didn't know I come from an Irish background, you might describe these tracks as "ambient chill music"; I'm hoping that it can be the calming background for whatever you choose to do.

(The harp is strongly associated with Christian spirituality. If it helps you to think of my improvisations in a religious framework, I hope these improvisations are relaxing worship music for you ... angelic sleep music, even?!)

If you wake up with anxious thoughts ... this is 'morning relaxing' music. Hit 'play', and allow yourself to feel the feelings, while not being engulfed by them.

If you're working from home / social distancing, and need some help adjusting to the change, you could play this music in the background ... according to Bogna and Pual, it's soothing music for work (thanks for the feedback, guys!).

And if you can't wind down in the evening - I can identify with that!! Perhaps this can be your 'evening relaxing' music, or your 'relaxing bedtime' music. (And hopefully I can take my own advice ;) ).

For me, one of the most effective ways to escape 'stinking thinking' is to read a good book. Perhaps harp improvisations are your relaxing music for reading.

Or if you're having trouble sleeping, then may this be your 'sleep music'... your healing sleep music, your peaceful sleep music, your soothing sleep music, your calming sleep music. Whatever you need to slip into that gentle, healing abyss.

Or you could use this as spa music to pamper yourself ... light a candle and do something tactile that makes you feel good. It don't need to be fancy: you can exfoliate with a rough towel, or do a facemask with ingredients from your kitchen.

Or perhaps this is relaxing massage music? Press 'play' and give yourself a foot massage / give someone else a massage / ask someone in your home to give you a massage. No matter how imperfect, it's more than likely you will be calmer afterwards.

Perhaps you need some meditation music: these tracks are all less than 7 minutes long. No matter who you are, you can take 7 minutes for *you* to just breathe. Press play, and just try it.

...or maybe you're a yoga enthusiast, and this is your yoga meditation music.

After your day, maybe this is relaxing bath music - put that bath running, my dear!

Whatever you do, this is *your* relaxing harp music... I hope that it can help you heal, and rejuvenate, and revive for even just a few moments. I pray that this peaceful instrumental music brings you respite, and strength.

Indeed, every notes you pick precipates peace. Very soothing melodies ceaselessly flowing like perinneal cascade of joy and tranquility. Love from Nepal.
