I had a sova do this exact fake like 8 rounds in a row in my last game, let’s just say it didn’t work after the first two. (Ps I’m not saying this fake is bad or anything just talking about that sova specifically trying to use the same trick too many times)

It's a good dart if you want to check how many there in A site before proceeding to B but it's definitely not a great fake dart.

1. It needs to look like it's coming from the A site side of the attacker spawn. The dart definitely looks like it was shot from the B site side for the defender playing boiler.

2. It's suspicious. The fact that the dart came from defender spawn side to enter the site suggest that the Sova shot it from the outside of the A site. If a Sova is that far out, I'm going to be suspicious that it's a fake since a Sova should be one of the spearhead for the attackers.

3. Another suspicious thing is that it's way complicated compared to the other dart options. Why make it go through defender spawn when there's easier and better darts you can shoot from inside A site. The fact that it came outside signals to me that it's unnatural and that the Sova is outside A site(at least when he shot the dart).

This isn’t useful because of the angle the dart hits from, the defending team will assume there is someone mid because of the angle it hits from and if they aren’t dumb and have someone mid. they’ll see it coming and know it’s a fake. This isn’t a useful dart
