Yes, it's true Caesar Constantine passed Sunday rest law on March 7 A.D. 321. Later The Roman Catholic Church accepted Sunday Law after A.D. 360 under Pope Sylvester.

And to cover up the reason for Sunday Law, heretics of the RCC told its parishioners that Sunday is the Sabbath because Jesus rose from the grave on Sunday.

Today lots of mainstream churches practice Sunday Sabbath Worship. Except SDA's that Sabbath Keeping Baptists.

Now it's not a sin just to worship God on Sunday. However it's a sin to call Sunday the Sabbath Day because not only it's a violation of the 4th commandment ' Remember the Sabbath Day and to keep it holy' it's false worship.

Thank you, Greg!
The spirit of truth will bring us together, it’s a very narrow path, few get in… 📖🙏🏼

Couldn’t Constantine's decision to keep the title be because, in addition to its pagan roots it was also just the title for the leader of the Roman Empire? He needed to make sure the pagans in his empire understood he was still the supreme leader of that empire.

Also, when Constantine banned work on Sundays, could his wording be attributed to the way people spoke and wrote at that time and place? Constantine wouldn't be able to suddenly start speaking or writing differently because he converted. It’s no different than a nonbeliever like myself still saying things like, “Oh my God!” or “There but for the grace of God go I!” For some sayings like the latter, there’s no “secular” equivalent.

In addition, I think he waited until the end of his life because he still ruled over so many non-Christians and he didn’t want his conversion to cause too much chaos. However, he made sure to be baptized before dying, which could suggest that he genuinely believed it necessary to go to heaven.

Many scholars question the genuineness of the Gospel writers. Appeals to scholars (most of whom are atheists) is a fallacy. He converted because he saw a vision from God, it is the most plausible reason we can think of, given the evidence.

Personally I don’t think he was converted. It was power and control. He simply took paganism and put Christian names on his idols and pagan days. To this day catholism is highly pagan and idol worship is one of the main things they do. The Bible was taken away from Christian’s in order to push the lies and untruths about God. It was more of an”if you can’t beat, join em and take them down from within”. Look at the massive kingdom it has built for themselves as a result. The power and control worked pretty well but they won’t be happy until
All the world is under their control

I'm less concerned about Constantine than the pagan nature of the Pope and the Catholic church leadership at large.

The wording is more indicative of the audience, rather than the orator. Who is he saying it to? Is it possible he’s speaking to a bunch of Pagans and used their term so that they would understand what he means? It’s possible.

Jesus made Sunday the most important day of the Christian week when He rose again on Sunday. And that is why the Christian sabbath is Sunday, not Saturday.

There were smart politicians even then. Like today, pandering worked very well. I bet he was a RINO.

Constantine honor pagan ritual, why Sunday prayer is a pagan ritual to commemorate the sun god, check the history of it.

Saturn Day is not Sabbath, because the Sabbath Day belongs to YaHUaH Elohim.
The Sabbath Day, New Moon Day, and the 7Annual Feasts are tracked properly thru the Scriptural Calendar.

Christianity didnt reject paganism, it adopted it.

Funny how you make judgement like you know everything, Constantine legalised christianity and persecution stopped. But you can't digest the fact that the Roman Catholic church is the true church, when it comes to liturgy Orthodox and Catholics share similar liturgy. It was passed down by early Christians but what would you understand, you sound like the Pharisee.
