Archer is such a great character. Despite his outer behaviour, he died in every route protecting Rin or Shirou.
In the Fate route, he died while fighting Berserker for Rin.

In Heaven's feel, he died in the hands of Sakura to save Rin.

In Unlimited Blade Works, he died saving Shirou.
