Moscow is flush with record $640 billion central bank reserves equivalent to 17 months of Russian export revenues.

Growth or stability
Growth ( means giving Crimea back pulling out of Syria )
Stability ( means facing the sanctions ).
He choose stable, self reliant economy for his country and TBH it's working

The reason why Biden keeps on saying tht he prefers personal sanctions on Putin and his Kremlin team over economic sanctions on Russia gives u the answer that dollar ( US WMD ) is no longer traded or available in Russian banks for exchange and are not at all flowing in Russias business sectors seen before . In other words, Ukraine, Poland and Baltic states for tit for tat response to Russia has been in vain already. This situation tells us why the former KGB agent has secured some safety and defence measures in hand in advance. At the same time, Ukraine doesn't know tht it is standing in the middle of Putin's own international chess game and Nato is still outside the board divided whether to get in or not.

Russia, to this point in time hasn't said anything about an invasion. Only the West has hyped this hypothesis. Cruising around the borders of your own country in tanks and armoured vehicles is one thing but cruising around borders of nations in far off places may look more like an invasion.
