I always thought this was a one sided fight.

*Why Killer Queen in P4 and P8 are different:*

There is no evidence within guidebooks that states they scale the same in physical stats

The lack of evidence is evidence to support that they don't share physical stats

Secondly, Killer Queens stats are question marks in Jojolion which makes no sense if both versions scale the same, They should share the same stats

Thirdly, Kira in P8 is massively featless compared to P4, He has no characters to scale off of or any of his own feats

*Why Kira (P4) Wins:*

Higher Stats, More Battle Experience

Before you argue that Kira in P8 has 5 Sheer Heart Attacks, They have no feats of doing more damage than Kira4's singular SHA (Via heavily damaging Jotaro)

Kira4 has been able to keep up with a base Crazy Diamond at times (Still Slower Tho) and completely outscale Echoes Act 3 in speed

It's a matter of more consistent and reliable feats.

Kira P4 > Kira P8

I just want to point out some stuff about part 8 Killer Queen that you most likely Don't know about.
(I'm gonna be calling part 8 killer queen KQ8 and part 4 killer queen KQ4so it's faster to type)

KQ8 has blown up a small ship, something KQ4's best explosion feat being barely doing damage to a building is way weaker.
KQ8's sheer heart attack is way different, being able to make multiple and change the size. This way, it can automatically kill you, by putting sheer heart attack inside your blood stream.
Speed is kind of weird, because we haven't seen many speed feats, since the world from SBR has the same speed as the world from part 3, we can assume the same goes for killer Queen.
Bites the dust is very complicated and impractical, meaning that in a fight, you will most likely be unable to efficiently use it.

Yoshikage Joestar has so many ranged capabilities I don't see how P4 Kira can win against him in a fight, at least not without Stray Cat.
Joestar can control SHA at will and can use multiple versions of it at once, and he can keep them far away from him without deactivation. His version of Killer Queen is superior in every single way and he has a much stronger strength of mind than Kira since he never loses concentration, not even on his deathbed, while Kira freaked out at least once in all his 3 fights. Yoshikage Joestar has a stand so OP the only way he could be taken down was by being ambushed by an AOE Stand. Kira needs to be on close quarters without SHA, and he needs to use the palms of his hands to activate the effect, Joestar can put bubbles inside the target with a mere touch regardless of the area of contact.

We haven't really seen alot of feats from P8 kira, besides him blowing up a ship. But P4 Kira managed to fatally wound jotaro, and his SHA is very durable.

Bites the dust isn’t that good unless it’s in the specific scenario it’s meant for plus even though it did damage Jotaro a lot it still wasn’t a one shot hit even though he was only a couple centimeters from it

Killer Queen P4 is psychically stronger and faster since there are no feats of Killer Queen Part 8's combat strength and speed.

Kira P4 must be in close combat, Kira part 8 can literally walk away from Kira P4 and he can't do anything.

Kira Part 4's SHA allows him to beat people if they are outside of his range but Kira Part 8's SHA is 100 times better.

Kira can just get in range and summon tons of Sheer Heart Attacks, since Kira Part 8 blew up a whole darn ship it will easily kill Kira Part 4.
