Chicken Tortelloni & Pesto Salad

Tortelloni are like the big, fluffy brother of smaller tortellini. In this recipe we’ve tossed them with sun-dried tomatoes, creamy goat cheese, peppery arugula, and a fresh basil pesto.

Serve this salad hot for dinner or keep it chilled and bring it to next week’s Fourth of July party with a bottle of DAOU Vineyards sauvignon blanc (the wine’s on sale through 7/2). Either way, it's molto bene!
