Sir please explain kijiye koi video bana kar ki vacancy aur post preference ke hisaab se final selection kaise hota hai. Mera mtlb agar ASO in Ministry of Railways ki sirf 1 hi vacancy hai, wo bhi sirf "UR" ki aur agar UR aur OBC dono ke hi 1-1 candidate ne post preference me ye waali post fill kari hai lekin OBC waale candidate ke marks jyada hai UR waale se toh fir kya OBC waale candidate ko post mil jaayegi?? Ya fir UR ki vacancy thi toh kya UR waale ko hi milegi ?? Sir please is cheez ke baare me clarity de as soon as possible 🙏. Aur Sir OBC, SC, ST, etc. ke kitne percent reservation rehte hai aur SSC kaise decide karti hai??
Overall, Sir poore selection ka mechanism agar possible ho toh explain kar dijiye. Sir main beginner hun aur main hope karta hun ki aapse poore selection ka mechanism jaan paaunga kyunki Sir aap saari cheezein bilkul accurate research aur evidence ke saath batate hai jaise aapne 8th Pay commission ke Fitment Factor, salary, etc. ko lekar saari expected cheezein batayi. It's a humble request Sir🙏, please explain kijiye.
