The only thing that K-Zoom does best is zoom... Lumia 1020 shows a lot more detailed color palette and has very good noise cancellation..

I would say Lumia for video and Samsung for audio (but not by much. I would say that the superior image on the Lumia outweighs the marginal audio differences)

1020 is better both in video quality and sounds.

Lumia has good camera in a phone, and ZOOM have telephony options in camera. Overall, Lumia 1020 is better, its compact, good looking and its a SmartPhone.

The K zoom has a reddish tint in low light, while the 1020 processor managed to keep the balancing of colors more discplined overall, plus the audio sounded more pleasant on it. There was a sort of hissing sound with the K zoom.

That underground park has decent light and both cameras strugle already... they loose all the resolution, in the carpark they look like 2mp camera. The samsung in special, has that awefull collor noise in the shadows, a bit like the S5 does

The audio sounds better on the K Zoom but video quality looks better on the 1020

It sounded like the sound on the Zoom was extremely high in the right channel. The stabilization seemed a little better on the Zoom but the colors seemed much richer on the 1020.

I have to say, if I wanted to spend any time doing color correction or real editing I'd probably prefer the zoom but as a point and shoot, the 1020 is still king.

Nokia have best design, better materials, better resistance and better audio ( and y still prefer 1020) but this Samsung capture better photos when zooming.

Nokia did a great job with color vibrance, it definitely showed them off more than the K Zoom. But in terms of audio recording, I think the Samsung microphone was much  clearer. I wonder how they would compare in a gig or concert environment? I think that would be a real test for both phones.

I think the video capture is better on Lumia 1020 but when there is a low light condition, the Galaxy K Zoom takes an advantages

That 1020 is just amazing. Even the best try from Samsung can't keep up with colour adjustment and aquracy. Can't wait for the 1030, with smartphone capabilities  increased and the sorround hardware from the 930 (no data on it, just a wish)

Color and picture quality is definitely better in Nokia Lumia 1020 but zoom and sound is better in Samsung Galaxy K Zoom.

I loke the lumia netter. The sound also sounds better. Sounds like there is a hiss on the k-zoom

I'd choose lumia 1020, color reproduction and quality look way better on it, galaxy k zoom semmed better on low light condition but come on, galaxy k zoom is so heavy and big and it doesn't even looks or feels like a phone, is more to a compact camera. The 1020 is actually as thin and light as a common smartphone and that's a huge deal.

Nokia way better colour, Samsung is very washed out & looks less True to like colour.
