I think what you say is perfectly correct. I dont think a person looked at my application . I applied for canada visa to accompany my son to university admission. My husband had more than sufficient funds and was ready to sponsor me. But my visa was summarily rejected without any valid reason. My son had to go all alone for his admissions for the first time to Canada. It was a very nerve wracking experience for him. Thank you IRCC for making this college milestone event a horrible experience for us. And no, we are not trying to settle down in your country or anything. Hoping i can make it at least to his graduation ceremony.
I had booked flight, hotel everything and attached proof also.

I have one question, if the AI is looking at the application why the Online application work permit duration is on the rise than the offline duration. As it stands now the online work permit duration is 168 days compared to offline which is 86 days. We need some guidance here.

I got refused due to failure to submit NBI and marriage certificate well in fact upon checking all of these are included in my submission. It’s kinda weird why they did not see that. I submit a letter of explanation via webform. Am I going to receive a response? What should I do? I should not have been refused.
