I have 11 MT for years and it is multitasking and I did not find any problem with it and I prefer it even to Gorille pod

I have a tripod i love but i find that it makes noise when i am recording and moving around, and it's noise that you only hear on the recorded footage, not while you are moving. Do you know what i mean? Which one of the 2 would be more silent for this kind of noise? It's so annoying and sometimes i cannot cut it out if i was speaking at the same time, and it can be very loud. Although i'm thinking if i start using a RODE lapel mic, i might not have that problem anymore? I love the tripod other wise and have many of the same model for different cameras and lights.
