Keep going! Check out the next lesson and practice what you’re learning:

A modifying word or phrase “dangles” when it doesn’t apply to the word it’s supposed to modify. Learn how to spot and fix this problem!

Syntax on Khan Academy: Syntax is the ordering of language; it’s the study of how sentences work. In this section, we’ll scratch the surface of syntax as it applies to English grammar. Much more can be said about this subject, but we’ll save that for KA Linguistics.

About Khan Academy: Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. We tackle math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. Our math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps. We've also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content.

Would be SO grateful if there were a playlist for writing? I couldn't find them on the Khan Academy channel.

(Not to emotional)David is gone a second time!
(Very emotional)DAVID'S GONE A SECOND
Random dude: Bro, chillax bro.
Even more random dude: Bro's gone insane.(Or viral, or crazy, or bonkers.)

These are misplaced modifiers, not dangling. The term "dangling" comes from sentence diagramming where there is not a noun present for the modifier to describe. The sentence is missing a word with a dangling modifier.

1:48 Because there was flashing lightning and thunder, the little bunny struggle through the storm. Would this also work as well or no?

wouldn't the first example be a misplaced modifier and not dangling?

2:10 couldn't we say "The little bunny struggled through the storm flashing lightning and thunder."?

You're wrong on the first example, the one about the storm was a misplaced modifier

wouldnt the first example be a misplaced modifier and not dangling?
a dangling modifier is one where the subject being modified is not in the sentence. a misplaced modifier is one where the subject and modifier are incorrectly placed. meaning that the modifier looks to be describing the incorrect thing and the actual target is somewhere else in the sentence. i think you've confused your terms here.
