Current Shoe Rotation:

Easy Slow Run: Hoka Bondi 8
Long Distance / Race: Nike Vaporfly 3
Intervals / Speed Workout: Saucony Endorphin Pro 3

Shoes lose their “bounce” after 150-200 miles, will stay in pretty decent shape for 350-400 miles. Currently averaging 30-40 miles a week with weight/bodyweight training throughout the week.
