Melted Ghee / Clarified butter - 1/3 cup (60 grams)
Water - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
Pistachio - 15 grams
Cashews / Kaju - 25 grams
Almonds - 25 grams
Pumpkin seeds - 15 grams
Pine kernels - 15 grams
Nutmeg - 1 pinch
Ghee - 1 Tsp (for roasting)
Melted Ghee - 1 cup (180grams)
Grated Jaggery / Gud - 1 cup (200 grams)
Poppy seeds / Khuskhus - 2 Tbsp
