My ideal day would be doing some progress on my work, and having enough time for an activity I truly love. Eight hours of sleep, hydration and a good diet is of course a non negotiable part of any day. Be kind to yourselves and each other folks, it doesn't cost money.

This is exactly why I follow your channel, Lefie! First, I love that you THINK and are a thoughtful person, and then I love that you do follow through with action, with experiments, with living as fully as you can. I'm looking forward to part 2. I've done this kind of experiment seriously several times over about 4 years now, and also I am envisaging an ideal day for the future and what it would take me to get to that. That gives me ideas on things to tweak and change to live a life that feels meaningful and rounded to me. (It definitely wouldn't feel meaningful and rounded for everyone - it's such an individual thing.) So your conclusions will be really interesting to see and hear. I hope you enjoyed your walk!

I vote for a lazy day! Thats why I became a minimalist - wake up without an alarm, eat whatever takes my fancy - must include chocolate, lie on the floor and watch clouds go across my conservatory, and, I must admit go for a walk ( luckily I live 10 mins from some beautiful places). I'm intrigued to see what Leife comes up with tho - who knows I may be inspired, yet again!

I've had an ideal day type schedule for roughly 3 years. Back when I had a 9-5 it helped me keep track of study vs recreational time.
Now that I work in fast food it gives me a realistic window of when I can actually sleep since I never finish work on time, helps me prioritise chores and I now treat groceries/cooking and the gym like appointments

My The Ideal Day? It would involve a cat! May be good champagne and panettone for breakfast, then doing something new - I think doing even a small new thing that you have never done before is a good day thing. Looking forward to how this pans out!
