Open Angle Glaucoma - An Explanation

Ophthalmologist Arvind Neelakantan, MD, a Texas Medical Association member physician, describes open-angle glaucoma, which is the U.S.’ most common of the two types of glaucoma.
He describes how this glaucoma, a potentially blinding eye disease, can affect your vision, and why.
Elevated eye pressure (higher than the optic nerve can tolerate) can lead to glaucoma… but you typically won’t feel the pressure. Therefore you might not know about the condition until it becomes bad enough to create vision loss. Dr. Neelakantan lists the risk factors for glaucoma, and what type of eye exam an ophthalmologist can perform to diagnose the condition.

Hi doctor what about if the specialist did the test and no glaucoma or other eye diseases was found but eye pressure was high at around 24mm. What does that mean?
