I like the 0, 0, 0, 0 option, leaving the title 2 foreign policy the sole responsibility of the president. Explaining anything can risk it all disclosure beyond oversight is wrong. Doing this provides the adversary the view that the president does not have the populace at his back. In which case I'd eliminate any establishment role in foreign relations. Zero DOS's budget. The house has budget and oversight authority and that's it. As far as I can tell, a so called coherent strategy has harmed us terribly in the past. Policy is a declaration of weakness. If the members want this job, run from President. I'm tired of paying tribute and extortion to those who are not fully supportive of putting America first, they can look after themselves, and should. But not play, "I'll ask mom" rather than make a deal. Not trusting the Intel community is a self evident truth. They have shown a terminal lack of judgement. Across the world, to heck with them. I like the 0, 0, 0 option. Close them all down, and only recreate these in an emergency. None has been proved worthy of funding. . Russia is not a problem, their speech needs to be answered with our speech. If they invent kill shots that knock off candidates. that's not an attack. No more than Radio Free Europe. There's no censorship that will stop it. All I hear is whining that we'll no longer pay tribute to NK, and these folks are busy bodies who don't own the deal making, so shut up and let him do his job.
