Our Beetroot Salad is super delicious, packed with flavor and is quick to make. It's the perfect salad for those who can't get enough of beetroots! You can enjoy it as a low-carb meal or use it as a tasty side dish. The longer the salad sits in the fridge, the more flavorful it will become!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
・Beetroot, cooked (450 g)
・1 Garlic Clove (3 g)
・Walnuts (30 g)
・Soy Yogurt (4 tbsp., 60 g)
・Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions for 2 servings:
1. Use a grater to grate the beetroot. We recommend using kitchen gloves to avoid staining your fingers.
2. Peel the garlic clove, crush and mix together with the grated beetroot.
3. Use your hands to crumble the walnuts and also add to the beetroot.
4. Fold in the soy yogurt and season with salt and pepper.
5. Enjoy your meal!
