In case this didnt help you, i completely deinstalled Ubisoft Connect, in the Folder there were still Files from Uplay which i also completely deleted. After that i redownloaded Ubisoft Connect and everything was fine again.

You need to also disable the ipv6 on the ethernet adapter settings, following all these steps has finally fixed my problem! thank you so much!

Well the solution is simple.

*Download Mozilla Firefox
*Set the Browser to Default (Windows Key/Search/Start Button > Type "Default" > Select "Default Apps" > Scroll down to "Browser" > Select "Mozilla Firefox")

*Close Ubisoft Connect if Opened
*Re-open Ubisoft Connect
*Log in.

to anyone still facing this issue try going and deleting the ownership files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership and then try to launch the game, ubisoft support told me to do this and it worked for me !

changing your DNS server doesn't make any sense, it all propagates down from the authoritative servers; flushing your dns is all you need to do
