Although in English we often say “everyone has their own baggage, ” I love “everyone has their own backpack”! It’s better! The image of carrying loads, real and imagined, on our backs is powerful. And, sometimes a backpack can be quite small and deceptively easy to still carry around, while “baggage” connotes more some big heavy thing that is such a struggle, but we also can just put it down. Anyway, I think you have improved English with this! Thanks for your lovely and open videos, which I’m sure help many people.

Hi, I started following you a week ago and I'm also going through "anorexia nervosa", I've been over-exercising and low on food. At the "end" covid got me really down... I got down to 48kg at my height of 180cm... I'm in my third year of recovery now and I've also thought of doing some videos or interviews to help others but I don't really know where to start if I'm still not OK. But I don't want to feel sorry for myself, anyway, your videos inspire me a lot and help me :) I'm subscribing and I'll look forward to more videos.
