TryHackMe RootMe | CTF for Beginners

Root Me is a CTF-style Room on the TryHackMe Platform.
It is a Linux-based machine with some vulnerabilities in the hosted website and SUIDs in the system.


One of the strengths of Rootme is its accessibility. The platform is designed to be beginner-friendly, with clear instructions and hints provided for each challenge. However, the lab also caters to more advanced users, with some challenges requiring more advanced knowledge of hacking techniques and security concepts.
In this video I am going to demonstrate my approach to solve this CTF style room.
