If the guitar is in tune when you remove a screw, you can even get the height exactly as it was before by adjusting it until it reaches pitch again!

You can use "gun screws" from your local ace hardware. They are about 10 cents each. I've used them on a bunch of guitars. They only have black.

I love using their grub screws for the bridge saddles. Using the right length bolts/screws on the saddles makes the playing experience so much better.

This seems like a slam-dunk for manufacturers to figure out

Using my VPN set on Germany. This video was not allowed in Frankfurt. Lol. Crazy. Thanks for the great video

Thank you! This is the best! - as my 2020 player strat screws are like an extra sharp cheese (knuckle) grater.

For GraphTech saddles, GraphTech sells 3/16, 1/4, etc screws for their saddles. I did the math on ordering and it's about a four dollar difference for me for the MonsterBolt vs. GraphTech (GraphTech is more expensive, but I'd rather use something OEM if it's a three dollar and some change difference). Not sure about HipShots because I never use them on strats.

I just spent five minutes trying to remember where i saw this video. I have an EJ strat where every screw is poking out by at least 3 threadings, i need to order these.

This is cool and way better than my method of filing them down. I’ll still use the file though.

I've never understood why bridges don't just come with shorter screws. Does literally anyone _EVER_ want the screws sticking out? And I can't imagine almost anyone wanting the action so high that the shorter screws are an issue. At least not on the vast majority of guitars. They could just install the short ones and give you replacement long ones with the allan key for the minority who want the long screws.
