Hey problem, A Otc stock is fluctuating between 0.0003-0.0004 for the day. I want to buy at the 0.0003 and sell and 0.0004 but its always halting at 0.0003. What is it that I don’t know? Been through multiple stocks that do this. Cant be my platform because google tradingview and yahoo all showing it gets halted at the same time

Great content thank you! I have a legimite question which I would really appreciate if anyone could answer: so after I do my due diligence and with some luck I buy shares of any of these companies through otcmarkets and if they end up filling the requirements to be traded at Nasdaq or NYSE and they move there, how can I move my purchased shares from OTC markets to another broker in order to be sell them? (at a much higher price with great returns I am assuming ) Much appreciated for your time. Cheers!
