Focus on basic bro...
1. In Bangladesh everyone is focused on their own work.
2. the army is busy in doing their work- developing their professionality.
3. the religious leaders are busy in doing their job- motivating people towards Islam, not forcing their own thoughts regarding Islam on people.
4. And there is no Zamindari in Bangladesh. Its a great factor. Everyone is truely equal.
5. And the young people are busy in doing their own job, building their safe and rich career thereby biulding a safe and prosperous Bangladesh...
We are also a Muslim country, Alhamdulillah. Islam resides in our hearts as well. But these are the differences between us and the Pakistanis...
We are a very fortunate generation. I used to see people work in my house the whole day just to get something to eat! Now they work in several industries and building their own houses, sending their children to schools and we are now habituated to do our own work by ourselves and whenever we employ some helping hand, we have to pay them more than at least two times than the national minimal wage rate.

The key ingredient is good leadership. Not a difficult thing to understand. Pakistan has a leadership crisis.

Bangladesh gradually reduced quota system and then abolished it.. plus the big elephant in the room, put military under control and not to be under control of military. Have even handed and firm justice and not the political victimization.

All of the parameters may not be perfect and might need further improvement... But one thing for sure that they are much better than other two countries of sub continent.. definitely Pakistan.

And results are for everyone to see. Good luck to them... Hope they continue and make their system more robust and not become dependent on personalities.
